We may collect personal information you provide when you complete our register interest form, launch review questionnaire, email us, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business or idea name, business stage, website/domain details, answers about your idea, preferences and any other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, form submission metadata and cookie preferences.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess whether Soho Sumo is suitable for your needs, arrange and prepare for launch reviews, provide services, manage payments and accounts, maintain website security, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, we process personal information because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because you have given consent.

5. Forms and third-party processors

Our website forms are handled by our own Cloudflare Worker, running on Cloudflare’s platform. When you submit a form, the information you provide is processed by the Worker and delivered to us by email; it is not stored on your device. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and infrastructure provider. We may also use other service providers such as email, hosting, domain, website, accounting, CRM, analytics or payment providers where necessary to operate Soho Sumo.

6. Advertising and measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how well our advertising works. It is loaded using Google Consent Mode, so advertising and analytics storage stay switched off unless you select “Accept all” on our cookie banner. Where you accept, Google may set cookies on your device and receive information such as your IP address, the pages you viewed and whether you completed an enquiry form, and may link that activity to a Google advert you clicked.

Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Google acts as an independent controller for some of this data, and its own Privacy Policy applies. Further detail is in our Cookie Policy.

7. Marketing communications

We may contact you about your enquiry or services you have requested. We will only send broader marketing communications where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so. You can ask us to stop sending marketing emails at any time.

8. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and business, professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required, or where necessary to protect our rights or comply with the law.
