2. Our services
The Soho Sumo Launch Package is designed to help early-stage founders shape, present and test a business idea. The package currently includes a launch review, domain and email set-up support, branding foundations, offer refinement and positioning, a secure website build, and essential on-site SEO/AEO.
The precise deliverables, timescales and any additional services will be confirmed with you in writing. We may refuse or pause work where we reasonably believe a requested activity is unlawful, misleading, harmful, outside our capabilities, or outside the agreed scope.
3. Pricing and payment
The launch package is priced at £249 one-off plus £20 per month for six months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After the first six months, the £20 monthly plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Any third-party costs, such as domain registration, hosting, email accounts, software subscriptions, advertising spend, paid plugins, premium fonts, stock imagery or external services, are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, checking content before publication, ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide, and making final business decisions about your idea, offer, pricing, legal structure and compliance obligations.
You must not provide content that infringes another person’s rights, is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for publication.
5. No guarantee of business success
We aim to help you make better early decisions and create a more credible launch foundation. We do not guarantee that your business will succeed, obtain customers, rank in search engines, be recommended by AI tools, generate enquiries, or achieve any specific commercial result.
6. Website content and approvals
Where we create or edit website copy, design, brand assets or other materials, you are responsible for reviewing and approving them before use. Once approved, you accept responsibility for the accuracy and suitability of the published content.
7. Intellectual property
Once all fees due to us have been paid, you may use the final approved materials we create for you for your business purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how, draft concepts not selected, and internal working files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You confirm that any materials you provide to us are either owned by you or properly licensed for the intended use.
8. Third-party services
We may recommend or help configure third-party services such as domain registrars, email providers, website hosts, form handlers, analytics tools or software platforms. These services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, pricing, privacy policies and service levels.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly rolling plan after the initial six-month commitment by giving 30 days’ notice. The initial one-off launch fee and six-month monthly commitment are not automatically refundable once work has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
